Well after a very stressful week I got good news from the cardiologist today. Well mostly good news. Had a cardiolite stress test today and the results were very good. The only concern was elevated blood pressure. He change my bp meds and told me that should lower it and along with excercise and some weight loss I should be able to keep it down. So all that woodcutting and lugging boards into the shop plus 25-30 trips up and down the stairs still isn't enough excercise. I urge all my bro's here to try and get in some form of excerise every day. Doc said it is cumalative. So even if you get some in the AM and some in the evening it will help. SO NOW BACK IN THE SHOP. LOT'S OF ZOOT TO SHIP AND CUT!
